Process: Fill out the application below, if you are accepted you will receive an invoice from Clarity Marketing & Design. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days your spot may be canceled and/or given to someone else. Once the invoice has been paid, payment is non-refundable. Your spot is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid. Be sure to pay as soon as you can as these spots will fill up quickly.

Non-Profit Organization

Does our event and attendees line up with your organization’s mission? We would love to team up with local organizations and help spread the word about your organization. Once you have filled out this form we will contact you to see what our partnership could look like. This is offered at no cost to the non-profit.

Media

Does our event and attendees line up with your target market for your audience? We would love to team up with local media partners to help spread the word about our event. Once you have filled out this form we will contact you to see what our partnership could look like.

Swag Bags

We are looking for businesses and organizations to donate items for our swag bags. We will be handing out 100 swag bags for the first 100 attendees. In the comments area of this form, please let us know what you have in mind to put into our swag bags.
