Process: Fill out the application below, if you are accepted you will receive an invoice from Clarity Marketing & Design. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days your spot may be canceled and/or given to someone else. Once the invoice has been paid, payment is non-refundable. Your spot is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full. Be sure to pay your invoice as soon as you can as spots will fill up quickly.

Cost: 
$225 + HST table inside banquet room
$175 + HST in the lobby / foyer area (limited spots)

Important Event Info

Trade show vendors will set up on the morning of March 8. The event is open to the public from 10am-4pm. You must be set up and ready to go by 9:45am. You cannot pack up or take down your table/items before 4pm. Your spot is not confirmed until paid in full. Be sure to pay the invoice as soon as you can as the spots will fill up quickly. Once the invoice has been paid payment is non-refundable. Coffee, tea, water and pop will be available for everyone throughout the day. There is no restaurant onsite to purchase food on the day of event.
Through Affinity Conference Centre we are offering lunch as an add-on cost to trade show businesses. You can bring your own lunch or pre-order it through us. It will be brought to your table. Coffee, tea, water and pop will be available for everyone throughout the day. There is no restaurant onsite to purchase food on the day of event.
