Trade show vendors will set up the morning of March 8. The event is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and all vendors must be fully set up and ready by 9:45 AM.

Please note that breakdown and removal of tables/items is not permitted before 4:00 PM.

Your vendor spot is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. We encourage you to pay your invoice as soon as possible, as spots fill quickly. All payments are non-refundable once received.

Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day for all vendors and attendees.

The venue features an on-site restaurant, and a limited concession menu will also be available for lunch purchases.
